Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, Tre'club Designs started as a hobby for young college student, Terrance Campbell in 2005. As a child, born and raised in Gary, Indiana, Terrance has always been artistically inclined. At an early age, he exercised that talent by attending art-based camps, contests, and the Emerson School for the Visual and Performing Arts. For college, Terrance attended Ball State University, where he turned his hobby into a now well known business venture. Graduating with a degree in Graphic Arts Management, Terrance immediately entered the corporate world working full-time as the Production Manager and Lead Designer for a small custom apparel business in Muncie, Indiana in 2007. Since then, Terrance has gained a tremendous amount of experience and has been able to expand the clientele for Tre'club Designs nationwide. Now working full-time as the Graphic Arts Supervisor for Monarch Beverage Co, Indiana’s largest beer and wine wholesaler/distributor, Terrance continues to thrive with his own endeavors with Tre'club Designs. For design projects, I require at the very least 5 business days for design turnaround after receiving payment. This is due to the volume of clients and projects that are in my everyday work load. Any order that requires less than a 5 business day turnaround time on design work will require a rush fee (25% of design cost). My guaranteed turnaround time on projects listed on my price sheet is 5-10 business days for a watermarked proof. Large projects including multiple items from the price list may increase turnaround time.
A deposit (50% of total balance) is required before beginning any design project. I will then send a watermarked proof of the artwork for clients approval once the design is complete. After approval, final payment is due prior to sending all final artwork. A 1.5% per month surcharge will be added to any invoice not paid within the period stated. All internet payment via Paypal and will require a processing fee of 5% of total balance. Clients are allowed to pay in full at the beginning of the creative process, but it is not mandatory. We understand event cancellations and postponements happen but we still must be compensated for our time. For any reason client decides that design work is not needed after first proof has been submitted the client must pay 50% of the agreed project cost. After the design concept has been approved and a second proof has been submitted the client will be required to pay the full amount even if the project and/or event is canceled for any reason.
All artwork is created using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and files will be sent at 300dpi in high resolution jpg, pdf format, as well as the final raw file once project is complete (if requested).
